Substitution Policy |

It is extremely important to note that
floral arrangements are hand made using one of nature's wonderful gifts.
Size, quantity of flowers and color
variations may vary slightly from the photographs on our site.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your gift due to
the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country.
Therefore, to insure timely delivery, any order placed on our web site
includes an automatic 2nd Choice.
This 2nd Choice allows us to make
substitutions maintaining the same theme, color choice and style of the
arrangement you have selected, using flowers of equal or greater value.
Additionally, substitution of containers
may be necessary. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose
bouquet, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may
need to substitute with another color. Photographic props such as
balloon, cakes, flower stands, etc. do not come with your flowers unless
it is itemized in the description, such as: Arrangement with Balloons.

In most cases, you may
request same day delivery if your order is placed before 1 P.M. in the
recipient's time zone Mon-Sat. Orders received after this time will be
processed for delivery the following day.
Any order received after
1:00 P.M. (recipient time) on Saturday or requesting Sunday delivery,
may be delivered the following Monday (depending on the local florist's
business hours and delivery schedule).
We will do our best to
accommodate deliveries at specific times of day between the hours of 9
A.M. – 5 P.M. if noted on your order, but we cannot guarantee all shops
will be able to honor your request.
In the event the recipient
is not home at time of delivery, we will attempt to leave the order with
a neighbor or one kind enough to accept the delivery. Please make notes
on your order advising us of your preference.
Delivery of orders to Rural
Routes and Post Office Boxes must include the recipient's telephone
number. Cemetery deliveries cannot be guaranteed and may require
additional delivery fees.

About Price and Size |

Floral arrangements, by their very nature,
can be made in many sizes while maintaining the same overall theme. The
picture to the right shows basically the same floral arrangement made at
three different prices.
In most cases, our web site will allow
you to select the price you are most comfortable with ordering.
Factors that determine price include:
- Quantity of flowers, foliage and filler
flowers,
- Size and value of the container,
- Quantity or value of add on items such
as balloons, etc.,
- Seasonal availability of the flowers,
fruit etc.,
- Pricing structures and delivery fees in
the recipient’s city or town.

About Sales Tax and Service Fees |

Sales Tax is required by law and applied to
the product price and any delivery or service fee at a rate of 7.0%
